Directions To cool: Place the gel pack (without the cover) in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
To heat: Microwave the gel pack (without the cover) for 10–15 seconds. If needed, continue heating in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
Place the pack inside a washable or bamboo cover before use. Apply for up to 20 minutes at a time. Wash the gel pack with mild soapy water after each use. Fabric covers can be machine washed on a cold cycle. Do not tumble dry.
